Events:

Meet & Greet & Pre-Registration at Moab Rotary Park

When: June 7 (Wednesday) 7:00 PM: Meet and talk with other participants, check out each other’s rigs, get through the paper work so that Friday morning we can have the driver’s meeting and then get on the trails.  This is NOT mandatory, if you can’t make it to Moab for the Meet & Greet that’s fine, but please show up at your first Driver’s Meeting 20 minutes early and see Dave R. or maybe Pam to finish the paperwork.  If you’ve purchased T-shirts, they will be available at the Meet and Greet (as well as the driver’s meetings).

Location: At the Moab Rotary Park, the one on the way to Sand Flats Recreation area.  MAP

Golden Spike Participant’s: You must be at the Meet & Greet for a pre-run vehicle build check-in and drawing for the limited number of slots.

Trail Rides:

When: June 7-10 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) 8:30 AM and Sunday at 9:00 AM: Driver’s Meetings ARE MANDATORY.  Here you’ll be given details on trails that are being offered (the list below contains our current plan, but IS subject to change) as well as trail specific information and the CB channel each group is using.  As stated above; if you are unable to attend the Thursday Meet & Greet, please show up at least an additional 20 minutes early on your first day to handle the paper work and get the T-shirt(s) you ordered.

Morning Meeting Location: City Market parking Lot, South East end unless told otherwise. MAP

Pizza in the Park (big hit last three years) at Moab Rotary Park:

When: June 9, 2012 at 7:30 PM.  Join your fellow GSW’ers at the park for a pizza party: food, fun, and prizes.  Raffle prizes graciously donated by our generous sponsors will be given away and the humor flows freely.  Your signed waiver acts as your entry form for the drawing and you must be present to win. MAP payment due by TBA.

Menu:  Pizzas - many builds.

Cost: Adults are TBA per adult, kids 12 and under are TBA, bring your own non-alcoholic drinks.  Absolutely no alcohol at the park!  UT does not permit it and we thank you in advance for respecting this.
