Land Use Fund Raiser Pancakes in the Park, Meet & Greet & Pre-Registration at Rotary Park
When: June 12 (Tuesday) 8:00 AM: Meet and talk with other participants while enjoying a pancake breakfast via Jeremiah (StealthCrawlerZJ) and Tyler (Fluxcap), check out each other’s rigs, get through the paper work and head to the City Market parking lot meeting area or it might be a direct leave to the trails around 10:00 AM. This is NOT mandatory, if you can’t make it to Moab for the Meet & Greet that’s fine, but please show up at your first trails Driver’s Meeting 20 minutes early and see Dave R. or maybe Pam to finish the paperwork. If you’ve purchased T-shirts, they will be available at the Meet & Greet as well as the driver’s meetings. Location: At Rotary Park, East of Main Street Mill Creek on the way to the Sand Flats Recreation Area. MAP Link
When: June 12-16 (Tuesday - Saturday) 8:30 AM and Sunday at 9:00 AM: Driver’s Meetings ARE MANDATORY. Here you’ll be given details on trails that are being offered (the list below contains our current plan, but IS subject to change) as well as trail specific information and the CB channel each group is using. As stated above; if you are unable to attend the Thursday Meet & Greet, please show up at least an additional 20 minutes early on your first day to handle the paper work and get the T-shirt(s) you ordered. Thursday’s will likely leave from the Land Use Pancake Breakfast, check back for updated info. Note that longer trails will likely have an earlier meet and leave time such as Golden Spike.

BBQ in the Park at Rotary Park
When: June 11 at 7:30 PM. Join your fellow GSW’ers at the park for a BBQ party: food, fun, and prizes. Raffle prizes graciously donated by our generous sponsors will be given away and the humor flows freely. Your signed waiver acts as your entry form for the drawing and you must be present to win. MAP payment due as indicated on the Eventbrite registration page.
Menu: BBQ (both kinds, meat and veggie)
Cost: Adults are $10.00 per adult, kids 12 and under are $5.00. Absolutely no alcohol at the park! UT does not permit it and we thank you in advance for respecting this.
