We value all of our sponsor and your support, below is what we do and what you can expect being a sponsor


• Vendor sponsor image on front page along with a link to your website for the 2018 year.
• Image and link back to Information site from Eventbright registration page and link back to your site from Eventbright registration page
• Vendor image on the back of the event T-Shirt
• Vendor information that is sent placed in the swag bag that every participant receives during the prize give-away at the BBQ event
• Vendor mention at the BBQ in the park when we do the random drawing for prizes with an opportunity for the drawing person to select a prize that works for their vehicle
• Vendor banner displayed at BBQ in the park if sent in time for the event

What we need from you

• We love to have vendor sponsors come out and join us at our event and participate with us on the trails and at the BBQ event when giving away gifts
• Confirmation of support and sponsor gift shipped to identified location by June 1, 2018 ahead of event time for transport to event
• Good graphic images to use on Information website in small, medium and large sizes
• Swag or Goody bag stuffer items shipped to identified location ahead of event time
• Any event specials or discounts you would like to have plublished in the Event Specials section contace us via the Website Info link
